ENAMELED WOODWORK

Complete Preparation & Finishing Services

Remove and repair all imperfections in new or existing woodwork, cabinetry, doors and windows.

Prime all new or existing woodwork, cabinetry, doors and windows; using an appropriate customer approved primer.

Apply first finish coat using an appropriate customer approved product, finish and color.

Caulk all seams in woodwork, woodwork to woodwork, and woodwork to walls and ceilings.

Apply final finish coat using the appropriate customer selected product, finish and color.

Finish coats applied by hand or spray.

Waterborne materials (low V.O.C) are currently available.

NATURAL WOODWORK

Complete Preparation & Finishing Services

Remove and repair all imperfections in new or existing woodwork, cabinetry, doors and windows.

Remove all blemishes on new or existing woodwork.

Stain new woodwork using appropriate customer selected product and color.

Seal and putty all stained woodwork with appropriate customer selected sanding sealer and colored putty.

Finish coat stained and sealed woodwork with appropriate customer selected varnish or other suitable clear coat.

Finish coats applied by hand or spray.

Waterborne materials (low V.O.C) are currently available.

WALLS & CEILINGS

Complete Preparation & Finishing Services

Mask & cover all interior woodwork, floors, carpeting, cabinetry and counters not being painted.

Repair all wall and ceiling imperfections from previous window treatments, art work, sheetrock cracks and wall paper removal.

Sand and prime all repairs made to walls or ceilings to be painted.

Apply first finish coat to walls and ceilings using appropriate customer selected product, finish and color.

Sand entire wall and ceiling area to be second coated.

Apply second or final finish coat to walls and celings using appropriate customer selected product, finish and color.

Finish coats applied by hand or spray.

Waterborne materials (low V.O.C) are currently available.

EXTERIORS AND PORCHES

Complete Preparation & Finishing Services

Power wash and/or chemically clean new or existing exterior surfaces.

Remove all loose or flaking paint/stain from exterior surfaces.

Repair all imperfections in new or existing exterior surfaces as needed.

Prime all existing or newly exposed areas in exterior surfaces.

Finish coat exterior surface using an appropriate customer approved product, finish and color.

Finish coats applied by hand or spray.

Waterborne materials (low V.O.C) are currently available.
